Proposition 60 in California

California is the state where filming adult contents without a condom was almost illegal! No matter which type of content it is, condoms 'must' be used.

Fortunately, this law wasn’t reinforced properly. Nevertheless, proposition 60 was voted recently. More than 53% chose that they don’t want to see condoms in any content, including anal porn, which is usually riskier for sexually transmitted diseases. On the other hand, 46% voted for using condoms.

The main concern was the protection in threesome porn and similar videos, where exposure to diseases is more likely to happen.
